INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 punnet of cherry tomato
  • 80 grams of bocconcini
  • 30 grams of mixed microgreens
  • Salt and pepper

DRESSING

  • 2 teaspoons of Basil pesto
  • Tablespoon of olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop cherry tomatoes and bocconcini into quarters, add to bowl, add mixed microgreens and dressing to bowl and mix together with add salt and pepper to taste.

Serves 1-2
