INGREDIENTS

  • 80 grams of mixed microgreens
  • 4 x Cherry tomatos chopped
  • 3 x Radish cut fine
  • 1 x Lebanese cucumber chopped or sliced
  • 1 x Avocado, chopped
  • Salt, pepper
  • Your favourite dressing or olive oil and lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut your micro greens and place in your salad bowl. Place all your chopped ingredients on top of micro greens. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix gently.

Add your favourite dressing. To keep it simple, a drizzle of olive oil and squeeze of lemon.

Serves 4.
