- 1 x packet of tacos
- grated cheese
- grated carrot
- shredded lettuce
- 1 x tin of black bean
- 1 x onion
- 1 x tin of tomatoes
- 1 x packet of taco seasoning mix
- Anything else you want to add to your taco (avocado, sour cream etc)
- Your favourite microgreens.
To create your black bean salsa, sauté your onion, add your tin of tomatoes and taco seasoning mix simmer for a 5 mins. Add your black beans and stir in gently cooking for another 5 mins on low heat.
Whilst salsa is cooking, prepare your vegetables which you will have in your taco, turn on the oven and cook taco as per instructions.
Lay everything out and let everyone help themselves and top with your favourite microgreens.
