
Avo, salmon and Mizuna Microgreen breakfast
- 1 piece your favourite piece of bread
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 slice of smoked salmon
- 1/4 cup or a small handful of Mizuna microgreens
- Salt and pepper
Lightly toast your favourite piece of bread (gluten free olive ciabatta pictured)
Mash avocado, lay your piece of salmon and top with Mizuna microgreens.
Twist of salt and pepper to taste.
Hummus and Red Radish Microgreens toast
- 1 piece your favourite piece of bread
- Your favourite hummus spread
- 1/4 cup or a small handful of Red Radish microgreens
- Salt and pepper.
Lightly toast your favourite piece of bread (gluten free olive ciabatta pictured)
Spread hummus your piece of salmon and top with Red Radish microgreens.
Twist of salt and pepper to taste.
Avo feta and Red Cabbage and Broccoli Microgreens Toast
- 1 piece your favourite piece of bread
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 teaspoons of soft feta
- 1/4 cup or a small handful of Red Cabbage microgreens and Broccoli microgreens
- Salt and pepper
Lightly toast your favourite piece of bread (gluten free olive ciabatta pictured)
Mash avocado, sprinkle feta and top with Red Cabbage microgreens and Broccoli microgreens.
Twist of salt and pepper to taste.
