- 2 x eggs
- 2 x Cherry tomatos
- Sesame seeds
- 1 small handfuls of microgreens
- Your favourite piece of toast, buttered
- Salt, pepper & olive oil
Scramble the eggs the way you like them (fry or poach is good too). Cook and butter toast as the eggs are nearly ready.
Place scrambled eggs onto toast, top with handful of microgreens and cut cherry tomatoes. Finish with a twist of salt and pepper to taste.
