- 1 pizza base
- 2 x Cherry tomatoes chopped
- Handful of sliced cooked chicken
- 2 x handfuls of microgreens
- Grated or shredded cheese
- 2 x marinated artichoke hearts quartered
- Tomato Passata
- Salt, pepper
Prepare your desired toppings.
Spread pizza with tomato passata, sprinkle the cheese and place your desired toppings on the pizza.
Cook in oven or pizza oven until the crust browns. When pizza comes out top with microgreens, slice and enjoy.
